This time, we're announcing our 3rd anniversary event: a farm tour! 🐷🌳

It's still a little ways off, but Kansai Kitchen Car will be celebrating its 3rd anniversary on September 1st, 2026.

The fact that I've been able to continue running this food truck for the past three years is all thanks to my customers, the organizers, my fellow food truck vendors who are friendly with me, and everyone who has been involved.

🙋‍♀️【A message from Takeuchi to everyone】

Now, let me share a few of my own thoughts.
I've been in charge of the Kansai food truck business for three years now.
Before that, I worked as a pig midwife at Ark Tategamori in Iwate Prefecture.
Before I knew it, it had been 7 years since I joined the company.

Even now, I still believe that joining this company was the best decision I ever made.
To me, Ark Tategamori is a one-of-a-kind company unlike any other.

The company's management philosophy is

"Food is life"

"I only make things that I can confidently feed to my own family. That way, I can confidently offer my products to customers."

Based on this philosophy, Ark Tategamori handles everything from ingredient production to processing, manufacturing, and sales, continuing to create products that you can enjoy with peace of mind.

The vision that began as a family business in its early days.

Furthermore, we would like everyone to learn about the dedication and passion that our producers have for agriculture.

To be honest, this is my first time organizing something like this, so I'm a little worried about whether anyone will actually participate.

Even so, I would be truly happy if even one person thinks, "I want to go!"

As a producer and salesperson, I hope that Ark Tategamori can be an opportunity for more people to learn about the appeal of agriculture.

We promise you two fantastic days that will make you think, "I'm so glad I went!" and "I had such a great time!"
